Snake Creek Farms is owned and operated by J.C. Banks in Hillsville, Virginia. J.C.’s family has been farming land in Southwest Virginia for more than 100 years. Snake Creek Farms was formed in 2002 and the cooler days and nights are perfect for growing corn, potatoes, cabbage, and greens.
